Mika Aaltonen is continuously working for several, international, top management think tanks. He is on the Planning Committee Member of AC/UNU Millennium Project, Board Member of Time Adventurers, Club, Director of Futures Sparring Forum, and Editorial Board Member of Emergence, Complexity and Organizations Journal. He is a Ph.D. (Econ.), Adjunct Professor (Foresight & Complexity), and Development Director for Finland Futures Research Centre. He uses special foresight and complexity methodologies to identify systems new initial conditions as influence points for the future.
