Leena Ilmola
Leena Ilmola is focusing her work as a researcher and an advisor on strategic flexibility of social systems. She works with the top management of international corporations in their strategy and scenario projects. Leena Ilmola is also an innovator, she has applied Complex Adaptive Systems theory in development of methods and tools for qualitative research and especially for scanning of weak signs of change. She is a founder and member of the board of the Fountain Park Ltd, and VP, Innovations in Fountain Park Inc. California. Leena Ilmola is a board member of the Finnish Futures Association.
